Our Commitments

Turnip + Duck operates a work from home model, trusting employees and partners to carry out their duties in a timely and respectful fashion. This allows us to maintain a relatively small carbon footprint operationally. Keep it lean, keep it green.

Where possible we always prioritise digital formats over using printed paper, contracts, scripts, etc.

We avoid all non-essential travel, and use online communications where possible. We operate a strict minimal impact policy on overseas market attendance.

We offset carbon emissions on our productions by planting trees and increasing biodiversity, through organisations like Hometree.

We encourage recycling, composting and sustainable practises in our work environments.

Through our shows, we endeavour to highlight themes of ecology, sustainability & biodiversity.

Our aim is to instil in our audiences a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all living things, and to appreciate the beauty and fragility of the tiny space rock we call home.
